A man must serve a subpoena on "The Commodore" for a Senate inquiry, so he boards the man's yacht just prior to a race. While at sea, the yacht is shipwrecked through the actions of some gunrunners and all the passengers are taken aboard the gunrunner's ship as prisoners. Our hero is now forced to rescue the man he was ordered to serve papers upon, as well as the man's lovely daughter who he has fallen in love with.
